Ayurvedic Falafel Wrap

 

A quick healthy lunchtime snack

INGREDIENTS

 
  • 1 Organic wholemeal wrap or flat bread
  • 2-3 falafels crumbled
  • a handful Mixed organic salad leaves
  • a dollop of Houmous
  • 4 mini Organic tomato chopped
  • A little olive oil

PREPARATION - Serves 1 wrap

Lay the wrap on the counter. Spread the houmous over the wrap excluding the edges so it doesn't seep out when you roll it up.  Add the crumbled falafels top with salad leaves and chopped tomatoes, drizzle with a little organic olive oil, roll up and enjoy.
