The perfect hot drink alternative to tea or coffee inspired by Ayurveda

 

I was a bit bored with my usual hot water and lemon drink and decided to spice things up with some ginger which I whizzed up in the blender or you can just use slices and this one other exciting ingredient…..

INGREDIENTS

 
  • 2 inches of ginger root

  • 1 lemon slice

  • 250ml hot water

  • 1 stick of cinnamon
