Daily Routines - Morning - inspired by Ayurveda

 

Strong routines are a key part of Ayurveda and we all know that having a consistent routine can help us to feel more in control and feel grounded. Our bodies and minds love routine so here are some suggestions to get your morning started.

Wake between 6-7am

  • Brush teeth

  • Use your tongue scraper

  • Drink hot water with lemon

  • Take health supplements

  • Warm sesame oil massage

  • Shower/Bath

  • Light yoga and stretching

  • 5 minutes meditation; you can increase this depending

    on whether you regularly meditate.

  • Set your intention for how you would like to feel today and revisit your journal for goals/intentions

  • Prepare breakfast and eat

  • Prepare a Green Smoothie and lunch if you’re on the move later
