Healthy Ayurvedic Dates stuffed with Ginger and Almonds

 

Dates stuffed with ginger and almonds make a great snack or healthy dessert or even starter. Make a large batch they keep for up to 4 weeks! Dates are complex carbohydrates and very calming for the body and mind and easy digestion!

Makes 15 dates

INGREDIENTS

  • 15 meejool dates without stones

  • 15 almonds skinless

  • 2 tbsps of crystallized ginger

METHOD

mash the ginger and put inside the dates and place an almond on top, repeat 15 times!
