  • 6-8 strawberries

  • organic dark cooking chocolate

Melt the chocolate in bain marie, then using a skewer dip each strawberry until have covered, rest on a plate and then when all covered place in the fridge for the chocolate to harden….yummy!

Strawberries are easy to digest and suit those with IBS well as they calm an enflamed stomach.
