The Cleanse Green Smoothie Recipe


A staple smoothie of our signature The Cleanse, its excellent everyday, prepare at breakfast and drink mid morning.

  • a large handful of washed, organic spinach leaves

  • a handful of fresh mint leaves

  • 1 ripe avocado (skin and stone removed)

  • 1 litre organic apple juice (or half juice, half pure water)

  • 1 heaped tbsp of Greens Powder (choose an organic high quality blend of super greens)

  • 1 tablespoon of aloe vera powder or 4 tbsp Vera Juice or

  • sprig of coriander (optional)

  • a squeeze of lemon or lime juice

  • Honey if needed to taste

Serves 2 large portions (during cleansing it is helpful to have  this in a flask and carry it around with you to have mid morning and mid afternoon)


Prepare all the ingredients, place in a blender and blend until smooth.
