Ayurvedic Watermelon Ice Lolly
The perfect way to stay hydrated this summer, easy to digest, delicious, the perfect ayurvedic summer fruit. You will need 6 ice lolly moulds.
INGREDIENTS Serves 6
- 1 large fresh watermelon
- 2 lemons or limes
- Honey to taste
Juice the watermelon ensuring no pips or pulp are in the juice use a sieve if necessary. Add the lemon or lime juice and honey to taste.
Divide the mixture between the moulds and add the sticks.
Freeze until solid.
