The Cleanse has been designed out of my love for cleansing and the wellness results I have seen in myself and others of adopting an Ayurvedic diet. As a qualified Yoga Teacher and Ayurvedic Wellness Practitioner I have been cleansing and assisting others in cleanses for nearly 20 years.

This method of Ayurvedic Cleansing is the most inspiring I have experienced and delivers results in both body & mind. I enjoy supporting people to achieve their individual goals and living a healthy life full of energy and vitality. I have helped individuals from bank managers to people recovering from cancer treatment feel as well as they can and have a diet that fits their lifestyle.

The Cleanse - Step by Step

For group and one 2 one cleanses you will follow this pathway to wellness. Throughout the process you will be supported through a closed Facebook group which gives you access to recipes and group support. For one 2 one cleanses you will have dedicated support and workshops will be one 2 one.


Day 1

Attend a 2 hour workshop to collect everything you need for The Cleanse including foodstuffs, daily plans and menus. Complete your personal health screening and set your intentions.


Day 2 - 6

Start The Cleanse process at home using facebook support througout as you need it. You can continue to work during the whole period you may find you are more tired on days 3-5.


Day 7

Attend the second workshop and now learn about how to reintroduce foods back into your diet. You may start to feel more energised at this stage.


Day 8 - 10

Start reintroducing food groups and noticing the effects on your body. You can choose to do this over a period that suits your body. Celebrate your results.
